Did you miss it? The rugby season is just over the horizon and it's time to get back to regular training and get that fitness back.
Preseason training focusses on fitness and general rugby skills. As we get closer to the season, we'll focus more on tactics and team plays. We've got a new tackle height law to train with this season so there will be plenty of work on that as well.
Training is up at the club from 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Search Old Sulians in Google Maps and get yourself up here - all players new and old are welcome! Get in touch with our head coach Tom Shaw if you have any questions.
