It's that time of year again - we've all had a lovely time off, but it's time to ease back into training and get fit for the next season.
To start with, we will focus on fitness and general rugby skills. As we get closer to the season, we'll focus more on tactics and specific training. The season starts early this year, on 3th September - that's only six weeks away! We've got a new league so we'll be looking to prove ourselves.
